Oh, and the Knee Deep Triple Simtra IPA? I honestly think that was the best overhopped IPA I’ve ever had. Blows the Plinys away. I need to find more of that.
I feel ashamed to say that today I had my first Guinness with cougarspeed at the Wellington. Pleasantly surprised at how delicious it was.

I’ve had the Crime, Punishment is still in the fridge. Crime was pretty good and plenty tolerable to someone who doesn’t even enjoy Medium spice.
I’ve still got a Crime in the fridge. I’ve actually done the Punishment twice. The second time about a week after the first. Why? Because a little voice in my head said “no, it can’t be nearly as bad as you remembered.”

I’ve been mostly enjoying HopSlam, Enjoy By, Mass Rising, and Sucks for hoppy stuff. My go to stout has been Founders Breakfast lately.
