Losing the 1st round pick sucks, but I’m comfortable with the amount of talent we have coming up in Rochester already.
We also picked up defenseman Timo Helbling from Washington. I’m guessing he’s the guy headed to Rochester.

is anyone scared of pittsburgh now? before i wasn’t so much because they are such a young team, but they made some awesome deals with laraque and roberts. i think they are going to pass nj in the standings.
laraque wont even see the playoffs and roberts time has passed…im not worried about pittsburgh…new jersey is a team you should watch in the playoffs

just think if he played here all year too… he could potentially, be a 60-65 pts player, and 75-80 on the year…
I think he’ll contribute another 12-15 pts of the sabres…
and watching a game on google, he looks like he’s really good in the corners

havent heard a definate answer per WGR…i know washington is playing at home tonight so there could be a chance but who knows
i’d have to think they’d have him practice with the team also. i mean, how is ruff going to know what line to use him on?
