ok the recchi goal… anyone notice his foot come back towards him after he struck the puck with his skate? thats a natural reaction when you stop your forward kicking motion. the slow motion replays showed it pretty obviously. shoulda been an easy no goal decision yet they still fucked it up, ah well not like it mattered

Proof that a team can’t lean on one or two players. If the rest of the team doesn’t produce, then the play of the one or two players is for nothing. Just look at Ovechkin and the Caps.
Either way, Sabres are on top in the East and we still have a chance at the President’s Tophy. In all honesty though, I could care less about that, as long as they play hard in the post-season and are able to come home with the Cup.
yeah detroit has been known to be knocked out in the first round anyways, so the pres trophy means nothing if they get knocked out, as we would still have home ice throught.
