i just spent over a grand on my over the last 2 weeks cuz i didn’t want to put up with annoying shit which makes me hate my car.

so I did new tires, new exhuast, new brakes, new clutch master cylinder.

only thing that is bothering me now is rear negative camber is a little bad, and my front brakes squeek sometimes. oh and i need to get my hatch properly sanded down and painted. My gehtto job doesn’t look to great up close.

Im actually enjoying driving the car now… i gotta takes some pics

my engine burns TONs of oil.
i have a gas leak in my tank
it smells like gas everytime i step on the peddle(sp)
i have rust on my hatch and on my frame
my oem muffler sounds like ass
i always see pretty colors in my rear view

why i hate my well cars at the moment…i spent 2000 to 2500 dollars fixing a peice of sh*t grey 89…it ended up rotting out on my and is basically ready to fall apart…things i did to my 89

swapped in re built sohc after she blew, 4 months later had to replace the clutch
new cat and new exhaust
seats broke on my twice so i upgraded to s14
there were a million rattles kilings and clangs
gas tank replaced
brake lines went on me twice

so i bought a 91 shell, now i have to swap EVERYTHING over, which is a bitch at the moment because the dash harness wont match up to the 89 ecu and its all cut up in some places so im replacing the entire harness in the car…just to mention it goes to the rear taillights and so on so thats a bitch

i need to figure out some way to rig my pwersteering cause i didnt want to switch all the lines, my 89 had leaks anyways…its gonna take me a while to swap everything in and some guy who had the car before me put in some new frame…but cut holes into the floor so that needs to be welded

not to mention it was hicas there for the rear subframe will be replaced with my 89’s along with all the brakes in the front and rear

other than that short shifter is a bitch to install

Built a downpipe after careful aligning and all that jazz…

Only to go to my car tonight and test fit it and have the downpipe touch
the steering rack (right where the plastic piece is over the rack joint).

I hate my car right now because my rear camber is f**ked up, and the left rear is setting 1" lower then the right rear, and every thing is still good, nothing is bent from what i can see.

I hate my car b/c I spent 4 grand last summer and the only thing different now is that it won’t pass emission any more (my exhaust corroded to death) and there’s a new scratch and dent on the front end, bc I hit a piece of wood flung up by the car infront of me at like 140-160 while going to the Niagara meet. This is why you don’t drive behind RWD cars.
But then again I’m gonna love it this summer, when I actually INSTALL all the things I paid money for last summer. If I get to…

A few things i hate right now it the body, looks like a beat up whore needs work, also hate the vibration im getting through my drive shaft from the missed matched spring rate in my clutch…

I hate my car because my rear camber is off. wheels look like this:

Then, I hate it more because it has more roll than a … (what has a lot of roll?)

Then I hate it even more because lately i’ve noticed it lacking in power mid-top end. (it never had any power in the bottom end in the first place)

I hate it 'cause I have a jackass vaccuum leak that I’ve never been able to freaking find.

I hate it 'cause i bought it 99.9% mint in september, treated it to the best rust control possible, and yet it still managed to accumulate a nice amount of rust over the winter.

What else… Oh yeah, All that, and I have no money to fix any of the problems.

I hate my car because the JWT ecu I was sent is off.

1. FIXED alternator belt sqeeling FIXED
2. FIXED I dunno why my MBC won’t allow me go to over 9 for boost
3. FIXEDmy camber in the rear is just like cloudzero but on the passenger side…
4. she rides like a boat
5. her fenders are shot
6. the door hindge is messed up on the driver side
7. summer is comming… my a/c is gone… I might have to drive to the states to get it charged up
8. FIXED winter tires are still one
9. FIXED the clutch pedal is high like a mofo new clutch!
10. FIXED gear shifting is not smooth at all… requiring effort to change the gears trans mount was ripped… got a solid one
11. no matter how mcuh I baby the car , she still only gives me 400 km a tank…
12. [b]HALF/FIXEDshe’s running rich got half tuned
13. the rear breaks need to be rebuild
14. FIXEDthe clutch needs to be replaced
15. the power window button is gone on driver side
16. the nuts holding the window is gone too
17. FIXED the idles go up and down… up anddown when after driving on the highway or when the car is warmed up
18. FIXED sometimes the idle goes up to 2k and stays there
19. there is a raddling noise once the speedo starts moving

I don’t hate my car.

I hated the Japanese demons that posessed it for the past 2 years.

Now I hate me for overcomplicating the build. What started out as 1 broken head bolt and two stretched head bolts @ 17 psi is now just a shelf for anyone elses crap in the shop.

Oh, and I hate RB25 single turbos. Well, more specifically I hate the way the 02 housing points directly into my bellhousing.

I hate no longer having someone that can laser cut me flanges for free anymore.

I hate that my custom wheels have taken … now 7 months, and they haven’t showed up yet. Well, they did show up once, but they f*cked up the bolt pattern.

I hate myself for not being ready. This car was supposed to be done in February. But the motor didn’t show up until March (ordered september) the wheels aren’t here yet, and I’m still assembling my ECU.

so she went into the shop today…

$1500 for:

-new brakes
-new pressure plate
-new clutch master
-new power steering belt
-new serpentines on the engine
-all fluids changed

plus i won’t get her back until friday.

i don’t hate my car, i just hate not having her…but at least it’ll drive real nice once i get it back!

oh yeah and i forgot another thing in my original post…

stock S4 TII wheels. enough said.
