$600 for 4 hours/or $150 per hour - 4 car limit (Each additional car $100)
Now we might be able to work something out, but we’d need to cut that $100 per car down about 50% before it becomes feasible for the casual driver (like most people here.) And 4 hours is not that long.

Yeah I agree with this. I always thought the Letchworth meets were pretty fun. Hell I may even have my car finished if it’s later on into September.

I have a pig roaster to donate + 6 gallon slushy machine that can be filled with whine / margarita mix / any milk based mixed drink

You can put a whole hog on it stuffed with chickens, or use it as a regular bbq with the grates.
also have parts to rotisserie just about anything you want, just need to adjust hold down plates / cages etc etc

Alright guys, this event is on hold for now. I got our deposit money back from the track and everyone will be getting refunds next week when the check is cashed.
Does anyone have any interest in Lake Erie Speedway as a lapping location? If not, we need to pick a park location and setup a date… and I’m tired of picking dates 
All this promotion & planning for nothing. Maybe a much smaller, casual park meet will be the way to go. Something with minimal to no planning, lol.
