Honestly, they’ve bailed on dates you had scheduled twice? And can’t give you solid dates for a 3rd attempt? I just wouldn’t do anything associated with them anymore. Just do a fall meet in Letchworth.

I didn’t really want to be the guy to say it…but yeah it sounds like they are doing a terrible job running their business…I’d expect at LEAST a heavy discount at this point due to cancelling on us TWICE
Technically they cancelled once since the 26th is the only date I have a contract for. And he’s not running his business terribly (prioritizing us behind his two largest money making events is a move any of us would make) but he could definitely use more organization.
I did mention to him that we might need to cancel entirely. Pushing things into October is way to risky with weather. I’m starting to lean in the direction of refunds for all and Letchworth or some other park… still have that chef’s hat & apron tpgsr?
I will cook, but I really think that dogs/burgers or something like that is the best route.

It is always a tough call because a small customer today could be your biggest customer in the future but, you do have to take care of current situations. If you can’t satisfy your current biggest customer you may not be around long. Then there is the “Don’t put all of your eggs in one basket”… BLAH, BLAH, BLAH.

if it’s going to be sooner than the 26th I can’t garuantee I can cruise that far…I was going to try to go ape-shit crazy and crush out the final bodywork and have the focus TOTALLY finished for the 26th BBQ, but any sooner and there’s a real good chance it won’t have any glass installed lol.
