It’s either a Caterham or Lotus Super 7, I don’t know the difference.
there’s no difference…both are different “versions” or “terms” for the same car. Lotus was the original designer of the Super7, now Caterham owns the rights and builds them still in the UK, and “Locost” is the term for the home-built kitcar version.

Gorgeous older blue GTO out cruising Sweethome/Campbell on my way home Sunday morning. He spotted me in his rear view and gave me wave as turned off Stall. Wish my car would have been cleaner… would have followed him a little more and got some old/new GTO pics since I had the SLR with me.

I’m driving behind this Tesla Friday on the 290 around 5pm. I seen the license plate “USA PWR” and thought the same thing. Pulled next him and seen an old man driving it. IIRC “USApower” was how it was spelled on the license plate, but then again I was never behind him.
