Sushi.
Sushi is something that to me should be kept as close to (contemporary) traditional as possible. When you start getting real weird with it then it begins to lose it’s appeal to me. I don’t want a beef on weck roll and I don’t want a buffalo roll or a cheektowaga roll…WTF is this shit charles?

Went to shoguns for a dinner and there sushi wasent very good at all.I only go for the hibatchi
eh, all the places around here have that 3 roll/ $10 deal.
I was at SeaBar downtown this past Friday. It was awesome. Very tasty and I will be back again.
Tokyo Shanghai Bistro on Elmwood was really good. Chinese/Japanese fusion. My avocado roll was good, but I heard rave reviews about the other rolls. I also got curry tofu which was fucking awesome.

Sea bar has by far the freshest and best sushi in buffalo. Mike owner/chef is ridiculous!!
