S13 SR20DET
equal compression across the board
cylinder #1 shoots oil out the exhaust (removed manifold, cranked over)
what are the possibilities?? does equal compression and one leaky cylinder rule out bottom end??

Possible blown turbo?
Oil all inside intake piping as well?
Turbo is a brand new GT2871R purchased from our man Bing.
and it’s spraying oil with the turbo and manifold removed, but yes there was oil in the intake piping as well :?
Perhaps coming from the PCV vent coming off the valve cover - if you have it recirculating into the intake?
Shoots out of the #1 port right? could be one of 3 things
Valve seals leak very very bad
Oil control ring gone, the rest of the rings may be fine therefore you still have good compression (this is not a likely senario though)
Your spark plug is fouled with oil and is not firing, therefore instead of the oil burning off like it would if the plug was to fire, it gets spat out the exhaust when the exhaust valve opens, check your spark plug, if its in bad shape throw another on in there and crank it over again to burn out all of the oil.
very bad exhaust valve seal most likely. compression test will be fine because the exhaust valve is closed on compression so it wont loose any, if the valve seal is realy bad it will leak just sitting not running, u wil get a puddle of oil in the exhaust runner in the head.
i figured it was an exhaust seal, just looking into other possibilities.
the plugs are brand new to answer the questions.
thanks,

ya my money is on your exhaust valve seal is dead…
do i have to remove the head?? or just the cams and compress the valve spring…
bump!
head come off? or can it be done w/o taking it off?
