Concert Friday, cooking Saturday & Sunday:
Sunday’s event, the Backyarders’ competition, anything goes: grilling, smoking, frying, baking, any method of outdoor cooking is acceptable. Categories include ribs, sausage, chicken wings, any beef (except brisket), and new this year with it’s own prizes, chili. That’s right, a chili cookoff as a part of Oinktoberfest 2007.
