my buddy has an89 “access” uses ka24e front wheel drive anyway car stolled (automatic) after making some loud noise while driving and won’t start. went over there bearly got her started she only runs with throttle fully open shakes and reaches only 2k rpm with air coming back throughb the intake when leg gas go stalls. i checked his oil its on low low so we toped it off and stilll no resaults. what i figured is he was low on oil and either fucked his distributor gear teeth or cranck bearings or most likley chain skipped a tooth becouse of low oil pressure(chain guides need oil pressure right?) . i mean i got her started but timing is obviosly way off.any ideas or corrections will gladly help.
Reverse air flow? Could it be bent valves? Timing chain?
