Old Money Value?

I have a large quantity of those $1 bills from customers, they’re not worth much. They do look pretty cool though lol.

YOU’VE GOT OVER A MILLION DOLLARS IN PENNIES IN YOUR BASEMENT?!?! :jawdrop:

Of course, $23k in pennies ain’t nothing to sneeze at. I have no idea how you would liquidate that value though.

With a lot of heat…

lol yeah, I suppose you’re right.

Yes, lots of heat. I wonder how much it would cost you to melt down that much metal. Not to mention the act being completely illegal.

Well you can’t just melt it down you need to cut to add more copper to get the percentage right(to avoid jail)

Anything after 1983 is made of mostly zinc so you better stock up on old pennies that are actually copper first.

I know I’m late to the party but this made me lol. You can always rely on Fry to point out the absurdity in some of things people do and post.

Lol hence the pre 82 reference!
Is kept at 65’ so not much heat down there.

The best was I was at a stag party and my friend said I make it rain and started tossing 2$ bills at the strippers/
