Good call, I never thought to check eBay. BUT when you factor in ebates 3% off from Tire Rack ($46.06) that brings their price down to $1,489.42 so they still win
Sent you a pm about snows about a week ago. No response.
Yes.
I’ll send you a text shortly with the prices.
I’ll be in contact for my next set. Hopefully now that I’m not playing with 400 rwd HP every day it will be a while though. I’d gladly buy local if you can match, or even get reasonably close, to what I pay online + local mounting/balancing and disposal.
i typically compare dtd, and tirerack. when dtd has their ebay promotion with 100 off 400 you really cant beat their price!
With Discount Tire when you use their credit card they sometimes have some type of instant savings if you buy 4 tires and 0% for 6 months and a prepaid visa card.
For instance these snow tires for my truck. $25 instant savings, $50 mail in rebate for using their card, and $60 yokohama prepaid card.
I bought my last tires off Amazon. They had free shipping and a lower price than DTD.
Tax usually kills Amazon’s prices when I’m buying a set of 4 at $600+. Though it seems more and more Amazon sales are finding a way around that for NY buyers. I’ve noticed in the past few months a lot more of my Amazon orders haven’t been charging sales tax.
I saved about $5 a tire using Amazon Prime vs Tire Rack this fall. Just had to get 2 matching all seasons for the wife’s car. DTD didn’t have the same model in stock.
