Very streetable, and it grabs no matter what.

Euro Drive makes good clutches … lots of my friends run them. Held 700+ whp fine.
thanks … Centreforce makes clutches that hold 1,000hp and ones that will slip and burn at 200hp. Manufacturer alone doesn’t mean much.
Not trying to say anything, but that looks like a Dynapack clutch.
I’m only saying that, because I have one, and if you want, I’ll post pics of it later on.
If you’re paying near $400 you don’t wanna know what Dynapack charges for a clutch package.
But it was less than half for that … and I use a clutch made for the KADE, 6 spring 5 puck, and will hold plenty more than I could ever give it.
Go to the source man … find a clutch builder in the yellow pages and call them.
my friend has a dynapack he says its a pos
the problem is if i go to a clutch builder i will need to give them my stock sr clutch. that means downtime when i do my swap. i cant afford downtime when im renting out shop space. so i need a clutch ready to go in when i do my swap.
Did he just buy an OEM spec one?
Dynapack build clutches.
You have to tell them what you want.
If not, he probably thinks it’s a POS because it’s harsh. The clutch is brutal, not for slipping and twinkle toe driving.
I don’t know, I’ve used their products behind many stout motors and never had one slip, even under drag launches.
I’ve fried way too many Centreforces to go back. Stage one slips like a mofo if you have any power. They’re rated at what, 30% holding increase?
On my car that would still be 175hp
 which won’t do me any good.
To each his own. I’m not selling them or anything. I’m just saying that that clutch posted above looks identical to mine – which is a Dynapack and cost me under $200 for the clutch assembly and ToB.
And if it performs anything like mine (and poss. your friends) the guy asking should know the clutches are designed for clamping power, not smoothness. They are harsh, can be noisy, and can bother the sheeeeet out of you if you don’t know what you’re getting into.
But once you get used to them, you realize how much power you weren’t putting to the ground before.

thanks for your input “jim”. wow you used your second post ever just for me? im flattered.
If one person is dumb enough to let themself get ripped off, that doesnt mean i am. honestly now, im sure no shop is perfect but you have to forgive and forget and make your own decisions.
lots of us have D2’s… if one guys D2’s fucked up, that doesnt mean they all will or that that guy should spread shit about his D2’s because maybe it was his actions thaty caused them to fuck up. same goes with anything.

agreed 100%
if i get ripped, it will be well documented in 30,000+ magazines. im not worried.
aparently my blitz nur spec stainless 3" ID catback is worse than a CP Special custom catback with a fugly can and rusty welds.
thats because chris is god. his welds are clearly the best in the world. and 3" ID is bigger than 80mm dont you know that scott?
Same Jim from Shannonville? if so whats up dude?
And harry, I need it by tonight.
I owe you a ten-second car!
“Hector’s gonna be running three T66 turbo’s, WITH NOS, and a MoTeC systems exhaust!”
yea sasha, same jim
