We don’t have sick time at my work… 1 week vacation after a year, 2 weeks after 3 years.
Once one person gets sick, half the shop goes missing a week later, and half of the people that ARE working still, are running at half speed, because they’re sick as fuck and can’t afford to miss work (myself being one)

lol my boss seems to think anytime an employee gets sick its because they “aren’t taking good enough care of themselves”. Anytime your out sick, you can rest assured some sort of shit is being said when your not there lol.
