So now you agree with it???
i think everyone is missing the whole point of the new mykey system, it wasnt designed for when the parents buy there kid a car its for when the kid uses the parents car, for those of us who werent fortunate enough to have our parents buy us a car, or at all at that age, the whole system is intended for young drivers who use there parents car with a special mykey, the car operates normally with the normal key when the mykey is used it is registered in the computer via the transponder to the limitations
To sum every thing up…you dont want your kids speeding down the high way like retards buy a focus
I think this is just another example of the powers that be stepping in and taking personal responsibility away from youngsters. Thus again not teaching them anything other than people will always be there to tell me what I can and cant do so they don’t have to ever expect to have to take responsibilty for their own actions. Odds are this will be required to insure a new driver who will be driving a new car someday. Just like tire pressure monitoring because people are too lazy to take 30 seconds to check their pressure.
Oh and I’m 24 so this in no way effects me either.
i doubt my parents would ever do this to me but if it did come out for my car and they did do it then good for them. it would keep me out of so much shit
:rofl don’t lie, you’d try SOME way to get rid of it
:lol oh yea dont get me wrong i deff would try to get it out of there
Or you know you could just act responsibly behind the wheel of a car without having it tell you what you can do.
yea that too… :nuts… haha jk yea i know what you mean i havent been messing around after that last ticket i got
+1 to that :mwahaha
What good would that do? Unless they plan on developing a system that can read road conditions as well.
I can see it now. Buncha kids doing 55 down a snow/ice covered highway because their car “says” it’s ok as per the posted speed limit.
You can’t fix stupid. No matter how many gadgets are made to compensate.
no doubt, no doubt. there will always be fools on the roads out there.
