Got a $50 parking ticket in Ellicottville 10 days ago and tomorrows my last day to pay, or I can show up at court.
Got a clean record…should I do the 40 minute drive and fight the ticket? What would I say, just admit fault but show my clean record and ask for mercy? Or just pay up? Never fought 1 of these things before.

parking tickets dont go on your record. they’re also all but unbeatable. Pay the fine and move on.
Just got one myself and they gave me a week to pay it. Forgot to and now its $45 all because I wanted to save the extra $.25. I came out 2 mins after my meter expired and saw the guy giving me a ticket. Talked to him but he had no remorse. I too am guessing no point in pleading not guilty, don’t see how you can fight a parking ticket.
