Alright i realize that this probably has been covered before. I dont have access to a full clip but im looking at buying a Chassie and Engine sperate what else would i need to complete the swap and make the car drive able?
depend on what your motor comes with.
S14 SR20 form AutoDream comes with Complete motor & tranny
uncut harness, ECU, Ignitor chip
you will need an intercooler, the piping, you will need to make the exhaust work if you dont have after market or if you dont have the stock down pipe! you will need to wire the harness to work with the specific chassis its going in but autodream SHOULD give you mostly what you need
NO motor swap is a DROP IT IN and run swap! unless you are putting the same motor in! from what lots of people think the sr20 swap is easy but there will allways be little complications!
first get motor then install it then work out the details that come along next drive it…

cluster (with harness)
distributor and coil
fluids
tranny (3 sensors )
plug wires
to my knowledge, im sure im missing something lol
RWD SR20’s don’t have plug wires.
Lots of parts to replace for one car, hope it runs well. I’ve been buying parts over the internet since my car bugged down.
