If he passes the budget cut and they cut the entire music program from city of tonawanda schools like proposed, my wife loses her job and my house goes on the market this summer (for a loss if i have to) and i’m gone too. I was a fool to move back to NY.

so was going from $80k a year to $30k here in buffalo, and working for someone hard pressed to call in payroll and get paid on time more than twice a month.

what would the state do if a huge number of people removed the state tax portion from their pay check? does the state actually have any money to operate from until tax time?
