uhh… We do have a free press in this country. I don’t agree with a lot of things in the news, but I do agree with the right for it to be there and be available.
There is a major difference between a publication and “the internet.”
Just because you would show your buddy a hardcore porn you found online doesn’t mean it would be ok to run it in The Buffalo News.
It doesn’t matter if your for or against the war it is sick to go against the father’s request and publish a picture of his dying sun.
So if they stumbled upon nude pictures of you and wanted to print them that would be alright?

I’m not saying the subject matter isn’t distastful, but as soon as we start limiting the media in that it can and cannot report we embark on a slippery slope. The whims of society should not dictate on this subject. If you don’t like what has happened you can always assert your right as a consumer and boycott the company that publishes it.
I don’t think anyone said it shouldn’t be allowed to be printed/posted. Its just pathetic that the news companies want to post it.
So strange how we’re just supposed to accept that soldiers die gruesome deaths but more strange how we’re supposed to hate media that shows it.

I get sad and cranky when I hear about more servicemen getting killed in action. Ill take it out on a 24 pack later. I just can’t imagine the family having to go through this already and then the media thinks they should add more pain to their lives. They should have ran the chick grinder instead LOL.
