It’s an orange car, with gay looking wheels that fit poorly. The CF has little to do with why we’re calling it rice.

Ferrari makes parts ENTIRELY out of CF for a reason, the stuff you guys did looks like oem parts wrapped up, now I highly doubt that is done for strength and to save weight, maybe add weight. So yes, carbon fiber = rice in this case.
And i’m not knocking the car, it’s not mine and the owner should feel free to do whatever they want to it, everybody has different tastes. But please don’t compare ferrari’s reasons for carbon to the reason you guys use it.
robby… yes we “make” carbon parts as well… and yes i know how to use it correctly and its strengths and weakness’ .it depends on the part. in this case we dont plan on mass producing the lip. so i did not make a mold and create a %100 carbon peice, there fore he wrapped it to achieve the look he wanted… rather than spend hundreds on something that will most like take out a racoon or cat. if youve ever used carbon. 1 layer of carbon is virtually wieghtless. there weight not being an issue in this case.
Exactly my point, you guys simply wrapped all those pieces in the pictures posted so it has absolutely no benefit other than for looks. That is far from what ferrari does, so the whole CF = rice, therefore “go tell ferrari their cars are rice because they use CF”, statement makes absolutely no sense and is a little far fetched.
Regardless, i’m sure it’s not easy to do carbon work even if it’s just laying it over.
