So, from everyone meeting up at the stadiums (and hopefully enjoying it) recently I’ve been getting asked when the next meet is gonna happen, about everyday of my life as of lately. Figuring in Pirate games and other events at the stadiums stuff wasn’t adding up. So Jeff from Street Heaters approached me a few days ago and asked if we would like to be part of a new “cruise” that he was thinking about. After getting all the details down and out of the way, it pretty much got settled.

NEXT Friday Night (June/22)
starting @ 9-10pm
Parking Lott @ Tequila Willies (The boardwalk)
$5 to park

SO I know what your thinking “Wtf, starboy we can just goto the stadiums and park for free!” True, but for 5$:

You do not have cops coming around all the time.
Its in a parking Lot (so the biker situation will be under control, I know alot of people had issues with that)
Dj playing music.
Burnout contest (Yes you can do burnouts legally! Only in the Burnout Pit mind you)
Oh yah, and a Wet-t shirt contest :bigthumb:

i’d feel better about giving $5 to pittspeed.com instead of the parking guy, but thats fine. the benefits are there.

Fridays is Wexford Starlite cruise.

Just my $.02 but ya should probably pick another day.

I did think about that just thought everyone would leave starlite by 9-10 anyway and could shoot downtown from there.

Sounds good to me! Do you have in and out priveledges with the parking lot? Who is the DJ? Can we get special DJ’s to come in? Will there be food to eat? How late will it run every night? Can car clubs help sponsor the event to promote there club?

I hope it does, because this will not come close to the “norm” of what car cruises are like here. I invite everyone to come down and especially everyone that has made it down to the stadiums in the past.
