Rightn ow bics i am kinda watching what i eat but not taking that aprt to serious,i have always had a good metabolism and a naturally shaped body so i can kinda get away with not doing all that eating right shit. I want to eat what i want n not have to pay attention to carbs n so fourth,i have found myself not eating as much junk food or fast food though lately. your only problem witht eh chest is your mind set towards lifting, you only like to do what your already good at, there fore not focusing on anything u need to work on…you’ll see results if you keep workin on it, hell you just started like a week ago!
