Well good for you, I don’t think you will regret saying it. Hey, admitting that you need to do something about your lifestyle is the first step. The next step is to get out there and just work as hard as you can!!! I’m proud that you are able to admit that you need to work on your health (so many ppl in this country can’t even admit THAT)–I like to refer to it as health and not as “weight” because your weight is relative to your body type and lots of other factors. I mean, not everyone can be a 5’10 100 pound size 0 waif, that is just not healthy–and NOT realistic for 99.9% of the women in the US. Good luck w/ your training!
