then you don’t want to get in shape enough yet.

I have people tell me that they have no time for the gym. I have a full time job, 3 kids, etc… and simply make time to go. Enough with the excuses. Get a plan that works, and make that a priority.

I carry snacks and water with me at all times to get my # of meals in, it’s not always easy but I make it work.

If you’re not willing to go above and beyond what you are doing now and change some things up, everything will stay the same.
