Rules on a local website created by non local members. Makes total sense. You speak on better community but for who? Future members or the core members who Were foundation?
Remember You Were sold us and our ways if ya don’t like you can always drop the site.
So by your logic, when my large company purchases smaller companies my large company needs to bend and adhere to what the small company that I now own wants? NOPE. My company has purchased hundreds of small “local” companies across the country since this recession kicked in, they come cheaper. Those small companies are immediately migrated to our systems, our management, our methods and rules. If anyone from the now bought out company doesn’t like it they have every option to leave.
I will never deny you your option to leave. We have and will continue to cater to the majority of users not placing emphasis on how long anyone has been around. In the end, the admins get the final say in the rules and how to enforce them, and the mods get the pleasure of enforcing them.

How about I turn off the sigs and avatars on pittspeed just like it was? Would that make things better for you?
Signatures will automatically be size limited / screened once our software is back on. No point in arguing about them.
There really isn’t anything more to be said here guys. If you don’t care to communicate with the rest of the network, then don’t. It’s your call. And if you lack the self control not to stir the pot or follow the rules in the network sections, we’ll pull your access.
