yeah back in like 00 when it was PSR i was a noob. old heads made PS into what it is. rocking ur tshirts, rockin ur sitckers, gettin it out there, now all is see is a million screenames i don’t know. its hard to find posts from people i care to read about. for you… the bigger it gets the better but like devin or someone else said, the little family is gone…so is an OG only forum outta the question? good place to put past stuff that noobs aren’t gonna have a freakin clue about ie: past beefs…races… etc. its just a suggestion :dunno:

You are right, I remember the first time I brought up the idea to get shirts made. There were about 30 people that got my back and loved the idea that they rocked the shirts. There is no doubt that this site was founded by all of the OG’s.
The growth of pittspeed has not only helped me! Businesses have been affected by the growth of pittspeed and not in a negative way! The growth of pittspeed helped Jeff(the t shirt guy) get through some times when business was slow. Each shop or site sponsor has been affected by the growth of pittspeed! Pittspeed helps FLD, Various Car Cruises, Charitys, even your very own Pirates! As we get bigger I expect the impact to get bigger. This is something I am truely passionate about seeing happen!
Pittspeed is still the same as it was almost 4 years ago! Its still about the people, and having a common interest. I am sure others can say the same, but I love all of the new people I have met the past few years. Hell Jeff is practically part of my family now, and I would have never met him if it was not for pittspeed.
I am not extremely opposed to an OG section, but I do not want to create an us vs them type of scenario. Technically the OG section was supposed to be part of the membership forums. That is a forum to pitch your ideas and to talk amongst the OG’s.
Pittspeed getting bigger is making pittspeed get more expensive. But I am in it for the long haul and I want to see good things happen. Starboy and I gave away 50 shirts and about 75 stickers this past weekend at the stadiums. Starboy thought I was crazy, but I wanted to show that the members are still very appreciated by all of the staff.
yeah its not about us vs them, but we know better about a lot of stuff. i think we gotta show these young kids the ropes instead of lettin them run amuck. the stadium thing for example, its gonna get outta hand when you got young kids out to prove they are king shit racing slow ass pieces of shit. my car is slow, i’m not gonna waste my time and bring attention from the cops to prove i’m slightly not as slow as something else. 80+ cars and only about 2 of them were quick the other night. your gonna have a bunch of kids out there racing cars down the stadiums with pittspeed stickers and t-shirts… eventually cops are gonna wise up… don’t wanna see dumb asses giving us all a bad rep.
look at how psr and pittspeed got me in line. i had beef with everyone. now i’m friends with mostly everyone.
good thoughts… not sure how you really show them who is wise and who is not. But i think participating in the noob threads you will help more than an OG forum would help them!
That is all a true statement. I am a noob to the forum but not new to the game. It is hard to control a public forum and the meets are broadcast to the public. so there is always gonna be riced out dickheadz rollin think their fast young dumb and full of cum is tuff to get around. I would hate to see the meets go to shit before i can actually attend one and meet some of you OG’s hahaha. I always manage to have my 2 daughter’s when something is going down, and i am not gonna have them around 90% young dicks acting like toolbags
