Pizza Thread

A long time favorite of mine is La Rosa Pizza in the Eastern Hills Mall, its all NY style. They’ve been there going on 20 years now and that says a lot because not much has survived in that mall.

Great Northern Pizza Kitchen is good for oddball pizza, the mac and cheese pizza was quite good.

I only eat cheese and pepperoni (or pepperoni as everyone outside of buffalo calls it) so that is what I make my judgements off of Lol

I like John’s, personally.

Not for normal pizza though.

If you haven’t had their chicken finger pizza, or their Big Mac pizza…GFTO of here and have some.

I worked at Brunner’s Pizza Baron in North Boston for years so that’s the only pizza I really eat.

I have quite the bias.

I love Brunners, but not for their Pizza. Especially when Bella is out that way.

Probably just me.

Tonys is the standard I compare all others to. God I ate that shit everyday for 11 years and want it right now. Fuck.

Pick me up let’s go. By looking at the place and hearing the stories you’d expect pretty much the worst pizza ever. It’s greasy and everything I want in a pizza

We tried Crust on Allen last night - pizza was amazing.

The owner liked us and bought our second round of beerz (great selection of Six Point as well). Definitely will go back; highly recommended

I follow them in Instagram…they make me hungry. Probably go there for a work lunch

5 minutes from my house == very bad thing

I like Tony’s Pizza, Francos on Eggert/Bailey and Muscarella’s on Main st in Williamsville. Brunos on Eggert has good white pizza but there normal cheese and pep is not so good.

Also want to add two places from Riverside area where I grew that made excellent pies.

Pat’s Pizza on Ontario St
Pizza Bella on Tonawanda St

i also grew up on Pat’s in riverside … still good to this day

as for a specialty pie … IMO … hands down … best on earth … Molinaras (sp?) on sheridan and parkhurst … stuffed banana pepper with alfredo

I just had Leo’s in EA, very good and lots o pepperoni!

I enjoy working in different areas every week because I get to try different pizza places

Chop Shops Pizza on Rochester Rd/telegraph rd in Gasport has good pizza if you’re ever out that way. There’s only like 3 pizza places from Lockport to medina while I was working in middleport so I did a lot if exploring.

Leos is good…they have another location in South Buffalo.

Brick 99 is good in Lancaster

I like Zettis for monster slices

The only Picassos I will eat at is on Transit across from Regal

Rivas can be good

Anytime I am in Lockport or Newfane I hit Marks for the sweet sauce…OMG

You’re in my old stomping grounds then

Molinaro’s woth their sweet sauce is a good choice as well. It is something a little different which is needed with some many places putting out the same pie

Gary’s cousin owns that place.

Gino’s pizza place across from Kenmore East is good.

Meh on Gino’s.

I went to east, I didn’t like it back then and I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat there now.

It’s not bad, but it’s nothing special.

2nd on the meh on ginos.

Their old world pie is excellent

Also excellent
