Owning any pre-2000 Hyundai is really sketchy business man. I think the late 90’s cars maybe 97-98 and up were good too, but I’m just not sure at which point exactly they fired everyone in their factories and decided to make cars and not toasters with wheels.

Sonfc has a boosted RX7. I haven’t seen a better car for the money. That 1K car is mint. Other guys that have ran with him can vouch for the car.
I will stick with the Hyundai Pony, slamed to the ground, riding on 18’s, low pro’s, no interior, just 2 front racing seats, rear doors welded, door handels shaved, tint the windows, paint it flat black + a Hyundai Genesis motor with a T67 turbo under the hood!!!

That pony sounds like a pretty coffin on wheels. I keep glancing at the Pony and thinking “toaster on wheels.” it just looks so flimsy and weak. It’s an eerie car. It just feels like the. Canada of car that randomly snaps an axle, loses a wheel on the highway, and catches on fire as you come to a stop. You try and get out but those cheap door handles stopped working suddenly. The fire is spreading quickly-the only thing quick about the car-due to poor design and non-existant safety standards. Rollingndown the windows was never an option since they stopped working 20 years ago. Kicking out the window is your only option, and not a problem since the glass is so flimsy, however as you put your left hand on the roof so you can do a scissor-like kick out and push off the car you cave a big chunk of the roof in. Enough that the roof smacks you on your head . Of course you make it out of the car in time. After it’s all said and done the Pony does a better job of killing you than bringing you anywhere. The Pony just feels like one of those cars.

S13 is the car you want to build for drifting. Parts are easy to get and cheap, and the junkyard is your friend!
S13 , coilovers, bucket seat to keep your ass from sliding around, welded diff, and some low offset wheels roll and pull the fenders and call it a day. if you have extra change left over buy a case of beer and do a motor swap…
