It wasn’t that he said “they are poor because they are black”. He simply stated they were black and that they were poor. They were poor because of observations(which were CLEARLY stated in the OP) and they were black well, figure that one out.
It seems that everyone feel the need to assume someone is racist because they bitched about someone other than a race of their own.
I hate a poor/ignorant (using the terms very openly just for discussion) white,black,asian and smurfs, if I forget your race yep I must also hate you . Does that make me a racist because when I pay to go someplace I agree that I would want to enjoy it?

I agree…however I find that the vast majority of these people are from the city and have no sense of common courtesy. They are loud and obnoxious and don’t give a damn about anybody but themselves. It is the city mentality. It really drives me crazy when I go to a movie and people are being loud and talking/clapping/making jokes really loudly. I stand up, look directly at them, and tell them to STFU. It usually works.

This play did rock. I had a gay couple behind me that knew exactly how to act and were very factual on the play and the characters :gay:. They only spoke between acts. I also had a nice middle eastern family who didn’t speak at all to my left. Sorry Josh, I told the blacks to leave and sit behind you when you were going.
How can you tell they are poor? Well let’s see it’s Shea’s and most people dress to impress. If they don’t they at least wear something decent. The nature of the show, and the price of the tickets, might be a dead give away to not go looking like you just raided the salvation army or good will. The fact that they dressed like they were just off the streets doesn’t reflect that they were black, but could very well be interpreted that those individuals are poor or just completely retarded. Both would be acceptable give the how they acted during the play.
