check the rubber flexible lines for internally collapsing. easiest way is to loosen them at the caliper and pump the brakes.

did you bench bleed the master? it should be done this way, especially a dry one.

the slides are probably hanging up, unless you knew enough to wire wheel/ grease them good.

most of the time if its the rubber lines it wil hang the brake on or ya have to stand on the brakes to get the pressure high enough to go threw it

well it all depends on how much fluid you are getting out when you bleed through the bleeders. if its shooting out big time, the hoses are fine.

the slides, and carriers should be wire wheeled down anytime you are doing pads. i’ve seen pads that fit so tightly even when the carriers are clean that they need to be notched out a little as well. the slider pins, top/ bottom of the carriers, and the backs of the pads should all be generously greased.

can you physically move/ wiggle each caliper on the sliders by hand? if not, the slider pins are probably hung up.
