well my friend just bough a 93 with hicas and we are at the shop checking everything out now and for some reason on both back wheels there is play when shaking the wheels left and right. nothing up and down just left and right and its the same on both sides, just wondering if anyone has had this before, what to do to fix it, or if it is just sonething to do with the hicas. any help would be graet thanks in advance.
like Colin_H said above. i have no clue as to what to look for as a potential problem in a hicas 240.
all i can say is when i go over a (line on a bridge, bump, dip etc) the rear end feels like it sways side to side?
i know a lot of people are gonna say eliminate it blah blah. put it this way. if it’s an easy fix. i will fix it. for now this car is for school. way better on fuel than my truck. so i have no plans of making it a drift car or w/e. none. stock and reliable UNTIL i am out of school.
so please any ideas or advice would be greatly appreciated
