Picked up duster rolling shell project.
I’ve gotten hired to do 2 weddings this year, my 2nd and 3rd such jobs. So I went out and bought this:

I think the 50mm + my 18-200 f3.5 will get the job done.

some 20mm spacers for the rear , just gotta pick up some 10s for the fronnttt
got a few other odds and ends as well, but nothing major … pass. rear door was missing a chrome rub strip, so i picked one up … nothing special to look at.

Great lens for the price. I got a 50mm F1.4. It’s a bit more durable and the images look a little more crisp, but it’s also 3x the price. And to think there’s still the 50mm F1.2L, which is 3x the cost of my 1.4 lol.
Yeah, although I’m starting to get the events, I can’t justify spending that much. Yet. lol.
You could always buy my 85 f/1.2L II lolololol.
That 50 f/1.8 is the only non L lens I own, it’s pretty damn good for the price. You can’t beat it.
for sure man , quality looks great … so far im quite happy with them. Ill let you know when i throw them on ( might be a bit, not in any rush with all this shitty weather)
