Yeah basically. It uses the same Dexcool crap that’s in the radiator. There are 4 laminova cores in the intake manifold right below the supercharger that the coolant runs though. So, when the big bad blower forces the charged air into the intake, the air first passes over the laminovas and cools off before getting sucked into the engine.
The pump is the same exact thing that’s in the SVT Cobras and Lightnings. And they have the same problem. :rofl
did they do that so that it saves room and the extra piping of a standard air to air intercooler and to get some more hp from it?

it’s a roots style supercharger VOT… you can’t air to air it without a TON of extra stuff.

actuotor had like shit in it like rust flakes in it and wasn’t opening correctly… chra is/was out… took a lot of sledge hammer hits and it popped out with soaking for over night…
vnt mechanism is free as can be suprisingly, plus the new CHRA has a 2 year warranty!!!
fuckin a right doggy!!! i had to soak mine too. they get seized in there pretty good! The one on my truck came right apart no probs though.
