I hate my Samsung steam washer and dryer lol. About 1yr old and the washer display is losing characters by the week! I’ve had every brand you can imagine from whirlpool to fisher paykel (wife sells appliances) and I want my whirlpool duet back 
They all (every brand) suck though. Every washer I’ve had has had at least 1 repair within the first year. I’ve had about 5 different washer/dryer sets in the past 4yrs.

They just don;t make em like they used to… seriously we have gone through 3 washers in 2 years. The one we had before was 15 years old, and worked without issue till the day the motor in it just siezed up.

My Whirlpool duet set has been fantastic. 6+ years old now.
Samsung is a service nightmare. Company policy is no one is allowed to stock parts in the US and orders are only shipped once a container is full.
Whirlpool is the best of the junk. Thats what I sold to my mom cause she has a normal persons wallet.
If you want machines that you don’t have to touch service wise for 20-25 years you buy these. No fills, no cool colors, no lights and bells, just straight up industrial machine in your house.
