I just feel sketchy, especially with the whole E85 and how it reacts to water content in a drum like that. When you open the cap/close it. (air etc) I dunno, wierds me out.
Ethanol is hygroscopic, it doesn’t matter what you put it into or how tightly it’s capped… if there’s moisture, the same risk exists (your fuel tank, the underground tank at the station, etc).
Zero concern. What you should be concerned about is knowing what percentage of E goes into your car every single time you put fuel it. A bum tank of it could kill your engine.
