Singh, yes you can program any phone to do that, but the storm acctualy feels like your pressing a button, like the keys on your Touch pro, just like that, from what I understand it basicaly shocks ur finger tricking u into thinking your pressing a button, somethin along those lines. Yes a lot of touch screen phones have feedback when u touch the screen but its generaly just a vibration. This acctualy feels like ur pressing a button, at first i thought it was just a plastic overlay on the phone but its just crazy technology
