9 rounds needed. 3 groups of 3, take 3 shots, adjust, take 3 more check target and confirm with last 3.
If your groups aren’t tight then you need to work on your breathing and trigger pull.
That is the best way to sight in a rifle I don’t care what anyone says LOL.
