black not silver. Needed a motor. Luckly I have an extra LM7 at the shop, so I pulled the heads, checked it over, put new headgaskets in it. Swapped on the LS1 intake, swapped over the fbody oil pickup, splash shield and pan. Then swapped over all the car accessories and water pump. Drilled and tapped the block to accept the ls1 bottom mount alternator. Only mods are the SLP lid, headers and full exhaust. Thats all its getting. Might keep to daily and sell my saab, but its undecided.
Also its time to learn something new. first time rebuilding an auto myself. the 4l60e for the camaro. Band, frictions, steels, seals, gaskets, pump rotor rebuild, and threw a B&M shift kit on the list.
