there are 2 types
one is an oil base the other is water based- they both work well
just got a set from Chaz at first-bass a couple weeks ago, and completely happy with them… longest time I’ve gone since I’ve owned the car without the traction control kicking on (over the last 20k)… picking up a set for my dad’s car tomorrow (again from Chaz)… great tires for the $$

it’s a little hard to compare, I picked up a set of 225/55/R65 V rated 912’s and my dad’s getting 195/65/R15 H rated 912’s… the cost difference between H and V rated alone is substantial
But considering how much closer Chaz is to Fox Chapel… You might not want to know the price difference (altough Chaz doesn’t mount tires)
That sucks he doesn’t mount tires. I bet we break even at the end.
