Trying to get back to some fitness training yesterday after 3 months of nothing, and I am really feeling it after just bit of weight training. I am amazed at how just a few months of slacking off did to my fitness. :rofl
Did some reading online looking for more training info, I came across these two articles on bodybuilding.com about some fitness training and diet myths.
i bet if a person took a good cycle of roids or similar “potions” you would have alot better results without training. try it out.
i had data prooving this but i lost it due to a fire. along with countless wirtings i had. i know old men 70+ that have a body of a 30 year old. and its not natural but its safe
the biggest fitness myth is physical enhancers. if you think you can go as fast as lance armstrong without roids i will laugh. if you think you can get as cut as these guys http://www.muscleprodigy.com/the-world-s-most-jacked-athletes-arcl-946.html without any enhancers you need to research alot more.
i used to think i could be as strong as ronnie coleman without enhancers but know i know the truth.

I lost a ton of weight , by eating better , drinking nothing but water etc . In may of this past yr I weighed 290ish I now weigh 240 . Dropped 6 pant sizes and a from a 2xl shirt to a xl …bitch I’m getting sexy
