I just finished putting my motor (h22a4) back into my 93 prelude. Everything went smooth for the most part. I went by the book. When i tried to start it for the first time it didnt even turn over. I heard nothing from the stater. All the accessories work. Now i did use the battery from my integra because the prelude battery was dead. It only had about half the cranking amps as the prelude battery. Could that be the reason for not starting? I would think i would at least hear something from the starter. Any ideas? Im gonna get the starter bench tested tomorrow probably to rule that out.
check all of your grounds wires, it could be the problem. any cel?
Check the following, neutral/clutch safety switch. Also you should at the very least hear the start silinoid click.
