I got 70x14 on DB incline tonight, trying 75’s next week. 65 (plus the ez curl bar so 85 idk) on upright rows, 110 on T bar row, thats all I can think of for now ha.

lol thanks sonn if my bi tendon keeps not flairn up i hope a few weeks but my reps and sets will be going d0own to 3 then 2 for mass and strenth but if i get 2 405 im going for 5, my goal is 405 for atleast 5 n max at 450, we wil see
i wont touch 405 untill i can do it for 5 lol nor will i max till im at 450 at no more than 235lbs if i get that heavy
You guys make me feel like a pussy, I finally started going back to the gym 2 weeks ago and went to see what my 1RM was today on the flat bench. Back in college I did 245x4 rack presses and today I could barely hammer out 195x2. At least last week I was able to deadlift 275 without a belt or straps so thats only down 40 pounds from when i was in the gym last and I will get most of that back once I get my form back in line. Will probably start doing a variation of a westside BB routine next week.
