Plan on it, seems most of my issues are with my spine, and I have heard decompression can really help. I just don’t get why it starts to bother me when I work out harder, I try to avoid anything that’s going to tweak my back. I stretch and warm up as well. I can’t even do squats because it’s too much pressure back there.

well inherintly your back is what hold u up so…when u hold more weight, it puts more pressure on your back.

Just ate 5 eggs, 5 strips of bacon, and 2 pieces of toast.
