So the machine shop just called, turns out the GSR pistons will not fit on the B16 rods (with out machining). So that’s sorta good b/c now I can fine some p30’s… Right?
Anyone got any?
Seats from ef’s or crx’s and DA’s (i think), da integra gsr seats are very comfy imo
How come they wont fit? i thought all bseries pistons were interchangeable besides ctr and itr without machining? Maybe im wrong, probably lol

i think del sols would be corrisponding to eg’s and dc chassis’ as they’re corresponding years, so you have to match the production years of your chassis when using seats.
but i put rsx seats in my integra (which arent direct swap), alls it takes is like an hour of fabbing up
No they are not because for some reason del sol seats fit into my friends 96 integra but when i tried to bput them in my 97 integra they were off by one bolt on each seat so i had to do some fabbing.

Where should I buy piston rings and bearings?
go to autozone and get hastings rings, right around 55 dollars last i checked
also if you have the itr cams go with them, they will outperform the gsr and b16 at any compression ratio
Think NAPA will have them?
I dropped the new PR3’s off today. I’m having them pressed onto my B16 rods. Here is a pic of the old P30’s, the P72 pistons and the P72 rods… More junk… 4sale!
Started cleaning and getting all the parts around. Want to have everything ready to go together once I get the pistons and rods from the machine shop. Still waiting for the rings and bears to arrive in the mail.
What’s the best way to clean the head a block with out sending it out to get hot tanked or blasted? (Scrum right)
I had this used GSR oil pump so I cleaned it up, and then followed the inspection directions in my Haynes manual. Everything checked out fine so Im going to use it.
Cleaned up this GSR water pump. I don’t see how theses can go bad? I have to order a new o-ring.
