Im begging you guys to help me.

Also passenger side frame rail is clean.

pics of holes…

fibreglass? really?

pop-rivets and metal would be a better choice as I take you don’t have access to a welder.

Replace metal with metal… not fiberglass.

What exactly is pop rivets?

Welding looks way cleaner and will prevent moisture from getting in the car, but I agree on rivets if you want to get it fixed easily on a budget. If you use enough (not too little, not too much) rivets, it’ll be just as strong as welding, and it’s soooo much easier to do. You need a drill, a rivet gun (cheap) and some rivets.

oh my fiberglass…

Dont use fiberglas on a floor use metal

After you use the rivets you get yourself some seam sealer in order to help keep the moisture out

jb weld also keeps mositure out if you pop rivet it only 8bucks from crapy tire and paint the metel don`t just leave it bare it will rust again

Oh, that’s pretty awesome, up till now I’ve just used rivets where it doesn’t really matter if stuff gets in. I did the wheel well in my old car with them, and I was really happy with how it came out.

Ye probaly gonna go with that idea also what guage of metal should i buy, and is there anything needed to be done after i use the pop rivets to make it pass safety?

spray you underbody to make it look cleaner. as to protect from rust.

Frme is 45 gauge i believe.

reminds me of a time when we fixed my cousin’s firebird… his driver’s side floor pan had rusted so badly it basically fell out, we fixed it with a stop sign and some nuts/bolts/rivets heheheh

LOL. Hey mine isn’t that bad i dont think lol. Also last question where can i get the figen sheet metal?

Princess Auto is a good spot. Cheaper than Canadian Tire.

…or steal a stop sign.

stop sign thick enough?

Also how much does the metal cost around?
