The block is the virutally the same except for the larger bore and the taller deck height. A lot of DSM guys are doing the 4G64 swap to get more displacement and spool those large turbos ~25% faster. Some custom work has to be done on the 4G64 to plug up some holes for the oil and coolant (not sure which one off the top of my head if not both) but it should bolt right on to the 4G64. You might have lucked out and Mitusbishi is using the 2G turbo rods but then again, tehy are probably the 2G NT Spyder rods which are not the greatest in the world. Good luck regardless…
mitsu uses the 4g63t rods in the 64, the only diff is they arent drilled for oil squirters to cool the pistons
its 3 or 4 oil return holes that have to be plugged to do the headswap

^ looks goood
wow thats a pretty close fit with the battery, good job
zetecs hold up to 11psi on stock internals with a good tune and make 300whp at that with some cams and other minor stuff…just wait
yea im with him, i would be suprised to see it last, u better start with some really LOW boost and maybe even stay there, engineers didnt even consider boost when they put that one together. good luck though.
 to pie cuts. Nice work for being someone that doesn’t do it every day.
im gettin much better at pie cuts, and i love the ay they look too
