as per my previous post, guys like chris and jesse dont wear my parts because it gets me exposure… its because of who they are and the resultant pricing that they wear the parts.

FYI everyone, there was not one single junk 240 there… I din’t get to see under FR Only’s car, but the exterior looked really good. Jesse had all of his body on and 4 matching (albeit, pink) wheels when we rolled in. Even Chris washed his car before we left and also had 4 matching (Bolstar) rims. Alex’s paint was finished the night before and was looking very nice! With nice wheels too. My car was pretty clean aswell, and with matching wheels.
That dude had no idea wht he was talking about. I believe it was more of a “those idiots don’t even have lcd screens in their trunks” comment.

As for the who do you want representing you deal… we, as individuals, have no control over who is going to represent us to the general public. The best we can do is make a good effort ourselves individually.
Definitely a good point. When ‘normies’ are selling their 240sx’s, they dont have time to waste, they want the quickest sale possible. They consider 17 year old cars junkers. Say what you will, but the market clearly shows that not too many people are looking for incredible examples of well kept 240’s. (eg. Cal’s car, and Cahill’s car) So we realy dont have any control over the market and who represents us by buying the cars we love. If someone who is going to beat on a car they are buying from you (number 1 you have no way of knowing if they will) you arent not going to sell it to them, considering they come to you with the best offer. So you really can’t complain on this issue. If you wanted eprsonal control over who represnts you, then either filter the incoming clientel, and wait for the proper buyer (even if you do, they will go somewhere else and beat on another car they find, resulting in the exact same thing happening. So all in all, there is no way fo controlling who represents you, period.
