Don’t assume stuff like that. Seriously. I am not going to even begin discussing the situation in detail with cops lurking here before my first appearence. Some members here know the story, and it’s pretty clear cut once it’s all said and done. I have no problem telling the story after court. It’s just a liability thing. I can’t take liabilities with the fines I am currently facing-enough that I would have to sell my 240 if convicted.
Keep your mouth shut, don’t say anything on public forums.

Simply asking for help about a harassing cop, nothing mentioned about what he did/didn’t do or even specifically the charges laid on him.
P.S any incriminating activity on a forum would have printed out already so deleting a thread would be worthless.

LOOK, simply put…they say people cant be above the law? Many laws arent applied to those who wear the badge. Cops have the authority, the power to make anyone look guilty or take advantage of you and no one can do shit about it…and the ones that actually fight back often get labeled as criminals for it. It’s a brotherhood and when shit hits the fan, they’ll protect themselves rather than do the right thing (sorry to say), I met only 2 cops who i could actually call true “policemen”.
a buddy of mine is a cop and i tell ya, he’s got a story from every precinct…old and new… Simply put: he’s making the move to get out of the force for just one reason. TOO MUCH CORRUPTION. I’ve heard things from both viewpoints and I can understand how difficult the job can be and why some policemen make the decisions they do, but ultimately thats how it is today…corrupt cops>real officers.
I seriously hate hearing when people are being taken advantage of. YOU WANNA FIGHT BACK? TALK TO A DISTRICT ATTORNEY AND “GO BY THE BOOK”, the judge will see it as “you went by the book and the cop didn’t” and will achieve your goal, and they’ll get punished for it…truly punished. You can try and get ideas from everyone on this forum or you can talk to someone who is an expertise and educated in the field to help you. there’s tons of lawyers who give free advice for like 1 hour or something. find em and talk. GL to you, dont be taken advantage of.

they really have no choice but to give it to you if they don’t they are acting
as civilians and that is both invasion of privacy and harrassment.

I think this is a shitty situation for him, and its probably causing more stress then its even worth.
Just a note though, if they are lurking on son, probably a good idea NOT to post things such as “hey brah, who went all dorifto in the snow last night? i was rippin 'tec sidewayz all through [insert street here]”
Just my opinion though, probably could save some hassle for other sonlings.

get a lawyer… tell him your story… he ll give you the best answer to your situation… somthing better then what you would get on public forum…
when your in shit theres nobody on your side but your money and lawyer 
and yes putting any kind of street name on public forum would not be a good idea… specailly when your doing sketchy stuff around that street.
