you would know that with nitrous more torque is produced the actual HP. torque is what got me there
horsepower comes from Torque. it just shows what a small cube motor with a poweradder does, low torque numbers more HP numbers
that is not true that is true for honda motors more or less , mine is only a 2.0 and it makes just as much tourqe as power
isnt your motor a w4? or similar to it? if so then would make sense
it is a T3/60-1 ball bearing with S comp cover and .63AR hotside. still stock bore with golden eagle sleeves so it is still a 1.8L.
Hope to have the cage in it in the next few weeks then a race gas tune and off to MIR for NDRA event on the 19th if I can have it ready by then. we will see.
awesome
its an inline 4 2.0 just like hondas
how high are u revving that b18c
who has the w4 then subies?
porsche and subie.
nice numbers.
gives me a ballpark idea on what power mines gonna make. I think the only difference between my setup and yours in mines a 2.0. Turbos are identical…
went to 8700rpms on the limiter. Shift at 8500
has nothing to do with CID anything, stroke and intake runner size for one…
thats why no matter what gas motor torque ends up being less than “horsepower” in the long run of making power. you can have gobs of torque but wont mean shit if you cant get it to the ground. hp is what the transmission interprets torque.
Nice sammy get rid of that pump gas! you have 13 more lbs to go!
thanks for all the kind words guys. Hope it runs well.
isnt Parish the same or little above on torque? thats a gas motor and something like 1xxxhp and 1xxxtq at the wheels
:bigok: Congrats, Sam. :bigok:
